Maybe that is not the good position for you. Why not offer to go into the doggie style position for him? He would like that and so would you!!
As far as the **********. Why not catch him off guard and just start giving it to him?? Go all the way with it--let him "blow off some steam" if you get my point!!

Maybe you don't feel anything on top because it is too small. A nice plump large one works best for this position. He will have to tell you how to give him a ********!
