A beggar had been sitting beside the road for over thirty years, One day a stranger walked by. "Spare some change?" mumbled the beggar, "I have nothing to give you," said the stranger. Then he asked: "What's that you're sitting on?" "Nothing, " replied the beggar. "Just an old box. I've been sitting on it for as long as I can remember. "Ever look inside?," asked the stranger. "No," said the beggar. "What's the point, there's nothing in there." "Have a look inside," insisted the stranger. The beggar, reluctantly, managed to pry open the lid. With astonishment, disbelief, and elation, he saw that the box was filled with gold.

I am that stranger who has nothing to give you and who is telling you to look inside. Not inside any box, as in the parable, but somewhere even closer: inside yourself.

What is the key to true, genuine happiness?

This is the question we've thought about many times - maybe even our entire life.

Do you look for happiness by trying to succeed in your career, making more money, becoming more popular and admirable among people, becoming physically fit, and many other things…

… But still don't feel you have that wonderful feeling of "true happiness" inside your life?

Are you usually in a rush to get things done fast and it seems like you're racing through life with yourself?

STOP!

… And realize the beauty of this very moment. The world around you is full of beauty. You just need to pay a little attention to see and hear it.

Close your eyes…

Imagine you're looking at the world from above and see these things…

Some happy children are laughing and playing together. A happy couple are in each others' arms saying "I love you". A mother is caressing her child’s head and talks to her kindly.

Birds are flying freely in the sky. The sun is shining. Flowers are blooming. Trees are growing. Rivers are flowing.

If you haven't closed your eyes by now, do it now and imagine the above things. It will be a wonderful experience. I promise. :)

Imagine these scenes as if you're really there - seeing, hearing, and feeling everything.

You see, life goes on everywhere in the world.

And YOU are a part of it!

You are here in this world for a reason, so realize your value.

Realize the value of today, and this very moment.

Appreciate all the wonderful things you have.

Appreciate your every day, every hour, and every minute.

Appreciate your family, friends, and other people you care about.

They’re all valuable gifts that life has given to you.

… And appreciate yourself!

Realizing the value of your life and enjoying your every day is the key to true happiness.

the key to happiness is finding it within, you should never place your happiness in other peoples hands or expect them to take resonsability for it either.
before you can find true happiness with someone else whether that maybe a friend partner or family, you must know exactly what makes you happy through hobbies and trying out new things and packing in as much as you can into a single day, never be scared to try new things.
I believe the key to happiness is knowing yourself inside out, sexually, physically, mentally emotionally and then finding out how that fits in with the people in your life, and never ever have any regrets life is a lesson, learn from it and move on, regrets create negativity and disturb your inner happiness.

does that help?

The key to happiness is to do what you want, you only have one life, which goes in a flash, write a list of relastic dreams, then do them, the worst that will happen is great memories & a past to look back on with pride. Casx
