Obviously, there are several passwords for your PC.
There is the power on password controlled by the BIOS. You can try pulling the BIOS battery, or perhaps your motherboard has a RESET switch somewhere on it. A good tech can tell you this.
Then there is the password to Windows. If you've lost the password to your Profile password, you can reset it by using the Administrator Account. At the Windows Logon, rather than clicking the icon which represents your profile, press CTL+ALT+DEL twice. This brings up a standard log on window. Put in Administrator and the Administrator's password. THen youc an go to the control panel and reset your password to a word you will remember.
Lost Admin password can be reset using offline editors available on the internet. Nordahl's is the best, and runs on a floppy Linux disk (which the utility creates for you.).
Good Luck.

I would recommend to go to best buy or a place like that, and get your computer reinstalled, if you have forgotten your password, there is no way that you can get in to that PC, unless u are knowlegeble of the CPU parts, there is battery inside the PC which if it is disconnected for a couple of hours should be able to nnot ask you for a password, but that doesn't work, I've tryed it. go 2 a BestBuy they will take care of it. but know that you will loose all of your information.
Good luck

Use Linux Live CD for now...
Then put your hard drive in another computer and delete an archive named "SAM" (like that, without extension).
Install again in your PC and use Login "Administrator", password will be blank.
