You mean MS paint? Sorry man but you can't use Gimp to do it and its free.

You can create a gif image file in paint, but you cannot create an animated gif image in paint. You can make the frames for a gif image in paint though and put them all together with something simple such as Easy Gif Animator, which you can download on www.download.com 30 use trial.

yes, make your picture>file>save as>then choose 'gif'
i am assuming though, that you want to make an animated gif, no sorry, you cannot use paint to make them. try going to http://www.download.com and search 'gif animator'

Paint can't do that, use Macromedia Flash or Adobe Photoshop.
