U will make loads of money with that figure!! I do it in Liverpool, am a size 6, 34B boobs and do alright. U must be confident though, as much as there are girls that are skinny with big boobs and are pretty but dont make as much as some girls who do it that are size 20, with no boobs!!

There is no "set" figure" and all men prefer completely different types of girls!!

A LITTLE WORD OF ADVICE, FROM M Y OWN PAST EXPERIENCES

You have to keep your head screwed on cos when i did it, i started when i was 17, and had never tried coke, and the enviroment you are in imakes it all too easy to spend the money you earn on drugs/alcohol, as it is literally shoved in your face every night.

Its probably better to find a club to audition for that does not allow the dancers to drink while they work, as they are normally far more professional, and make the most money!!-Also, if you drink whilst you work, you usually make FAR less money!!

-if you have ANY other questions about it, feel free to email!
AND GOOD LUCK!!!!The club will understand if your nervous on your first night, and if there is usually a good mix of girls in most clubs, and a cramped changing room!!!

I've never been a dancer myself, but I do have a few friends who used to dance back in college, and they definitely all agree that the money is fantastic. However, they all also have some really disturbing stories about creepy guys who would come into their club and try to touch them where they weren't supposed to, or who would be sort of psycho and tell them they'll be waiting outside the club for them, etc. One of my friends even developed a bit of a drinking problem because she found the only way she could get through a shift was to be drunk. My point is, being an exotic dancer can cause more psychological harm than you think, and your mental health has no price tag. Please do yourself a favor and stick to a job like working at Starbucks or something. You won't make as much money, but at least you won't be at risk of forming any addictions or disorders. And by the way, you're definitely not fat. Real men like curves!!!!!

Are you comfortable with your weight?? If you are then this ALWAYS shows, and the confidence oozes out of people who love their shape. You sound like you have a lovely figure so I really wouldnt worry about it.
I am not sure if its the best idea, for putting yourself thru college tho, just incase you become ashamed of it in the future. I dont have a problem with it and If i was a little taller than 4ft 11in I might consider it myself, but good things come in small packages, (or so everyone tells me)
If you are sure that you can handle the **** that comes with it and that you wont become embarressed, I would defo go for it.
Let me know how you get on
There is a young girl inmy tower who does it, she is only 18 and is about 5"5 and a size 10/12. She must make a lot of money, cause she taxi's from motherwell to edinburgh everyday i think.

Good Luck Girl!!!!

Anyone here who has told you your too fat is just jealous of your 34F's . It's in the interest of skinny girls to keep you out of that type of work so they don't have to compete with you.
I think you should do it if you feel good enough about yourself to say no when you mean it and the rest of the time take everything that you see and hear with a pinch of salt.
Remember it's a place of recreation for men NOT the really world. So nothing that happens there really counts.
Look out for yourself, do what feels good to you and don't let anyone overwhelm you.

Hey, good luck with the new career. I think you would do just great. don't let the others make you think any different of yourself. Your physical description sounds perfect for it. You would do well as a part-time job, It will fit perfect while you are in school and will help with your social life as well. Good tips in it too. Just believe in yourself and don't think you are too fat for anything. Even if you were there are some heavy strippers that make decent money as well. Enjoy the pole dancing it is great exercise as well.

There is no point in degrading yourself by becoming a pole dancer to make money. If you're a student why don't you pick the student handbook in your local Barclays bank. Theres a whole section on student jobs. They include things like being an extra in movies to getting paid to fill in online surveys.

You could also try student free stuff where they have loads of links to websites offering free samples of different things.
I'm a student myself so I know what its like to be strapped for cash, but don't resort to such a desperate measure it'll come back to bite you in the a*s later in life.

No one can tell u if you're too fat forget what they say anyway u kno what u are i'm size 11/12 that's only because i'm black and I have a big booty whch is normal in my heritage so do your thing plus it's quick money just don't get out of hand and take care of yourself, plus most guys like tha booty and **** y be very skinny they no reason to dance then cause it won't be exciting as seeing tha wiggle just make sure you don't have rolls or anything and don't have a big belly .

I've never seen how Polish people dance, I assume its a bit like a Bavarian/Russian dance, but since theres a canny few in the North East now you could be onto a winner.

I wouldn't have thought you would be too fat, just look at Belly Dancers, they all manage it.

Whatever you choose to do, best of luck to you.

Go for it but watch out for the snail trails when you have been into the splits. Another tip is don't go into splits too hard or you could become stuck to the stage.
However, as Simon Cowell says, you would probably earn as much as a barmaid in Newcastle as long as your tops are low and you pull a good pint.

Pole dancing is a little hard if you don't have experience. You can purchase a pole online to practice. Try MyPole, Lil Mynx, or X Pole. Many gyms have pole dancing lessons now too.

There are strip clubs for all different sizes of women, so don't worry about that. Give it a try.
