Cannot be sure about long term use of the product , but it cannot be as harmfull as mold or very abrasive cleaners. Anything that has a chlorine content will in time do some erossive damage. I know it was recommended by a technician to remove burn marks on a ceramic top oven . (That is an electric oven that has no exposed burners . )

Scrubbing Bubbles is a blessing to all house cleaners like myself. It can get the job done in a faster and more efficient way. You just spray it on, drink a pop, and then wipe or rinse it off. I use the off brand scrubbing bubbles because they work just as well as the original.

I'd assume not. If it ruined caulk and grout, it wouldn't be as popular or around as long as it as. You should, as the other poster said, rinse well. TO removed the cleaner (it tends to leave a film that can be sen on really shiny dark tiles.

I recently used it and now the caulk in my new bathtub surround is coming out of the cracks in chunks. It's almost as though the SB dried it out. Not sure what type of caulk the contractor used, or if the S.B. truly caused it but I'm now very leery of this stuff.

ive been using the new automatic shower cleaner in two bathrooms for a couple months.
Nice and clean...one is a fiberglass insert one is tile....
I suspect they will prolong the life of caulk if its been used all along and mildew has never had a chance to grow in it.

I have never seen any long term damage caused by scrubbing bubbles. it is not one of the harsher cleansers out there. i have used cleaners that will take your skin off. i would suggest that when you do use it make sure the surface is thoroughly rinsed.
