Hey, so ignore the stupid idiots who wont tell you things. I know how you feel. A lot of proxies have been blocked here at my school, but you can try a few of these:

You need google chrome, you type in 'browsec' and you click on the first link and it should bring you to the chrome store you you hit 'free' 'add' and a small little globe type thing should pop up by the bar on the right side and there you go. Every website is unblocked including twitter,facebook,tumblr, and netflix

Blocked web sites are usually set up by network administrators on the routers access lists, unfortunately these guys know what they are doing so its gonna be difficult.
You will need to know the work group, port number, default gateway and so on....
