Ok, there was the episode where Meredith had appendix problems and they teased us that she might be pregnant. Then there was the one after it, which I haven't seen yet, but had something to do with Meredith trying to convince Derek that they should be together (that was on the 19th) and then the 26th, I missed, but I can't find the episode on ABC.com, just previous ones that have the 26th as the date of air. So, after that long-winded explanation... was "Grey's Anatomy" a repeat on the 26th of October?

Yes, it was a repeat. It was the first episode of season 3, Time Has Come today. The next episode, episode six of season 3, Let the Angels Commit will air this Thursday, November 2 on ABC.
The reason ABC held off is to build suspense on the series for the first week of November "sweeps" which is a television rating system. Hope this helps! Glad to hear you're a fellow Grey's fan!

YES...and boy was I mad!!!! There were 2 back-to-back reruns last Thursday, and they were the first 2 episodes of this season, so the one that originally aired on 9/21 and the one that originally aired on 9/28. This week's is new, though. Yay!!!!!

It's because of the writer's strike. There was a new Grey's last Thursday and I heard that may be it for the season.

I looked for it too and I believe it was a repeat.
Shark on CBS innertube was also a repeat.
I can't remember which one it was but I hope that you know that Izzy was left over 8 million dollars from Denny and refuses to cash the check. The episode left it with it hanging on the fridge.
