I've gone through prospectus of 'Thames Valley University' and I'm shocked to know that they are offering foundation course (of 6 months) for £3,000...
Please tell me is there any university in London that offers degress (as well as foundation course) at cheaper rates...

You will find it hard to find a cheaper university in London. Why not try outside London? Living expenses and fees will be cheaper.
