If you have an extremely high IQ, how do you know you're a genius and not just good at puzzles on IQ tests?

You don't. My husband is in Mensa and he insists he is just good at puzzles. My son is an autistic savant and he's a genius but his IQ score is low because he can't do that particular test.

Contact Mensa. The tests are more comprehensive. I score 185 on the IQ tests and I am a dolt. smiling
