Is obtaining bank financing not an option? You may get a better rate if you obtain the load before buying the laptop as the vendor is probably using a high risk financier in order to maximize their sales potential. This means you will likely pay a high rate on the note regardless of your credit worthiness. However, to answer your question most major vendors (HP, Gateway, Acer etc) will offer finance options. You can try TigerDirect.com as well. They offer thier house brand, called SystemMax, and will finance the purchase. I use them becuase they are a global distributor and have a warehouse near my home, so I dont pay shipping ;)
Alternatively, you can check pricewatch.com to find systems that meet your needs and at the lowest price. You will be able to browse many vendors some of which may be in Canada. However...caveat emptor (buyer beware) when purchasing from less reputable retailers.
