all fish urinate, fresh water fish urinate quite a lot where as salt water fish do not urinate as much. so the answer is yes. YOU WIN!

They only have one orifice for excreting waste. Most of it comes out as a solid, but some is not quite as solid. It does not, however, emerge as a liquid. Therefore does not qualify as urine.
So, no, fish do not urinate as mammals do.
They do fart, though.

Salt water fish do. They have to, to get rid of the excess salt they take in. Fresh water fish don't even have to drink.

Yes fish can urinate.
Birds however, cannot.
Birds have no urinary tract, which is why their poo is a mixture of wastes and concentrated uric acid.
This is why bird poo is corrosive.
