My neighbor has foliage growing out of his chimney. We live in Fla. We have not had rain for like 4 mouths, and It has not been cold yet
He is also a fire fighter.Clearly his thumb is just a tad to green.
Who wants to bet he is late for his own fire?

Well, even people in those professions aren't perfect. Maybe he hasn't had time to do anything about it. If it bothers you that badly, tell him and let him deal with it.
