If you don't have a job or go to college/school there isn't really many places. But don't you have any other intreasts, you don't have to be defined on purely religon and so on. If you go to a party you don't have to drink or smoke, (But I get headaches from cigerette smoke so maybe not a good idea.)
Also like the other person said the libary( although people tend to like it quiet there.) Or just catch the bus everyday( although you do get some psychos and people smoking weed etc) or take a walk, (if you don't mind dog poo) The best thing to do is wait in your house for people to come to you.

just cos you don't smoke or drink does not mean you cannot go out there is always cola, orange juice, lemonade cordial etc and non smoking areas infact by next year every public area will be non smoking. and there is always social clubs why not join a jym or a sports group or chess club or painting, photography, or any hobbie type group the posabilities are endless, have yourself a look in the local paper, or ads in shop windows
