Just be careful. A 50cc scooter is fine for running around town and getting great gas mileage. They can be a lot of fun. Just remember you will have a hard time keeping up with speeds greater than 25-MPH. You will be hard to see—always keep in mind that they don’t see you. Always wear a helmet and appropriate clothing for your protection. Have fun…

probably no, since most of them won`t go more than 25 mph.they are set up so mc endorsements are not needed.most states say if under 50cc and can`t hit 30 mph only reg drivers lic needed.some states allow you to use bike lanes with a scooter since it can`t keep up with traffic..check you laws and ride safe

No Way -I ride a larger bike so I can get out of the way of the cages!! My wife has a 305 GPZ that gets up to 70 MPG on the highway with about 35HP. Get a license and buy a small motorcycle instead of a scooter. Take a motorcycle course!! You will never regret it. Cheers

No, and they are banned in many places. This is strictly an open country machine. Use in most cities will get you either hurt, or a ticket. And you definitely will get stopped if used on an interstate
