The Doric, Ionic and Corinthian columns come to mind first.
The golden ratio is probably the greatest academic contribution the Greeks made to architecture.
Also perspective. The Parthenon looks symmetrical and was designed that way. Actually it is not, but they were aware of changes in perspective and designed the building so that it would appear "perfect"

From the Wikipedia, "The art of ancient Greece has exercised an enormous influence on the culture of many countries from ancient times until the present, particularly in the areas of sculpture and architecture. In the West, the art of the Roman Empire was largely derived from Greek models. In the East, Alexander the Great's conquests initiated several centuries of exchange between Greek, Central Asian and Indian cultures, resulting in Greco-Buddhist art, with ramifications as far as Japan. Following the Renaissance in Europe, the humanist aesthetic and the high technical standards of Greek art inspired generations of European artists. Well into the 19th century, the classical tradition derived from Greece dominated the art of the western world."
From Loggia.com, "Greek artists achieved a level of sophistication that is arguably unmatched by any other contemporary civilization in the West. Indeed, it is easy to see why ancient Greek art has been a paradigm for artists throughout the ages - with its emphasis on order, harmony, and balance, as well as a focus on celebrating and idealizing the human figure, Greek art captured a moment of beauty for all eternity.
It is also worth noting that Greek art has inspired imitations and revivals over the centuries. The ancient Romans were influenced heavily by Greek art, and in time Renaissance painters, architects, and sculptors rediscovered the glories of Greece (and Rome). Learn why the various styles and periods of Greek art so appealed to generations of artists and viewers in this section. "

After 600BCE until the 1970s if you wanted to build a building and make it look good (ie a municipal building) then you built it in the Greco-Roman style. The best modern example is Washington DC.
