She can go do whatever she wants, she's got total freedom while she's just one person.... it's after the baby is born that the struggle to stay in touch with society begins.
If she's having trouble now, she's going to be a wreck when the baby is actually here. With my first baby, I worked right up to a week before my son was born.... since then I have been a full time SAHM and HAD to work 24/7 with my kids until the new baby arrived each time. There is no time for boredom.
If she's really bored and can't come up with some useful activities, she should be reading as much as she possibly can about caring for babies and raising children. She could be preparing clothes and a room for baby.
She should start networking with other moms with close due dates. Make the connections now with people in her same situation because, like I said, once baby is here, it beocmes ALOT harder to get out and do anything, let alone, get any adult conversation.

Oh bliemy, I worked until the week before I had my babies. At 10 weeks I would guess she doesn't even look pregnant, so she can go about life as she did before. An active pregnancy is an easier pregnancy. Taking a walk everyday, yoga etc are great for women in the family way.

Congrat's on the news of the forth comming arrival, as for your wife, she is free to do anything she wants to do, after all pregnancy is not an illness, its nature at its best.... she could do what you are suggesting, they are great to keep the body in shape... also she could join her ante-natal classes where she would be with lots of other woman in the same way as her.... there is no need to be bored stiff at home... if she's not up for any of these, she could just go for a walk every day, visit relations anything to get her out of the house... good luck with the new arrival anyway..... (mother of 4 sons)....

Pregnancy has nothing to do with your wife being bored at home, its just an excuse !!
10 weeks ? She can lead a near normal life.
Perhaps she could get herself down to the charity shops and do a few hours. There is no excuse for being bored, there are planty of people who would be grateful for a little time-donation.

She should be doing everything she was doing before she got pregnant. I went to the gym 3 days a week through my whole pregnancy, even went into labor at the gym. There shouldn't be any limitations for her unless she has a history of miscarraiges or some reason for her doctor to put restrictions on her level of activity.

When I was pregnant with any of the three of my children, my activities did not change nor should her's. If she does not get out and do the activities she was doing, she is going to have an extremely hard labor. Pregnant women must keep active to avoid extreme weight gain also.

At only ten weeks pregnant your wife is free to go out and do anything she wants excluding drink and drugs of course. She can work, see friends, go to the gym (gently - too much exercise in early pregancy can be too much)

She can do anything! What about some kind of night class thats only once a week, just something fun. Your life does not get put on hold just because you are pregnant, get out and about as much as you can and just enjoy yourself!

she doesnt have to be restricted at all-unless she has history of bleeding and has been told by obstetrician to have bed-rest
not untill she is 10 months pregnant-going anywhere at 42 weeks pregnant-watch everyone in the supermarket flinch-ha haa!
if she feels evening sickness as i did..... i found exercise very helpful it forced that bloodflow along-warn your personal trainer or class instructor though
