I ask this because a lot of parents in the inner city do not watch their kids. Here they are wandering everywhere. With the increase of drugs and violence, there is an increase of dangers placed upon kids. So if you saw a child in danger, would you try to help, even if it could cost you your own life?

While saving a child in danger the idea of risking our life does not come to the mind

WOW, this is a good question. I have 4 children, and I have always said I would give my life to save theirs. And I am sure I would. Now, here's my dilema...would I die helping someone else's child and leave my own motherless? I think I would do everything I could up to the point of hurting my own kids to save another. Now, the truth is, I think I would risk my life for a child in danger without thinking and I would hope if I died from it, my kids would be proud of that and be able to go on without me. I love children--all of them, so this question will stay with me a long time!!!!

If a pedophile stole the child , I Would chase him down to get the child back , if the mother couldn't and even if he had a gun.

Yeah, for most people i think it would be instinct, and when it comes to a child, u probably wouldn't be thinking about anything but helping it.

I can't say. You never know what you will do in a situation you haven't been in. I would like to think that I would.
