1. Do not intercouse at least untill an hour or more after you have taken your meals.
2. Avoid Fatty foods, instead use nutritious food that is more in minerals & vitamins than calories. Milk is a good item to increase health and to maintain weight.
3. Arrange for a healthy 30-40 minutes daily exercise, early morning before breakfast is the best time. If you cannot join a Gym for it, try walking daily on an increasing speed basis for 45-60 minutes. Exercise is a healthy to keep weight intact while upgrading your sexual abilities as well.
4. Try drinking 3-4 Glasses of Water empty tummy when you wake up atleast 30 minutes before breakfast. It will not only clean your tummy, but improve kindney and blood functioning which helps in excreting waste material from body.

Do exercises. You have to do both aerobic(running, swimming, cycling etc) and anaerobic exercises(strength training) to maintain weight and health. Aerobic exercises increases blood circulation and metabolic rates. Where as anaerobic helps to maintain good muscle and bone weight.
You will have a healthy sexual life also.

You would maintain it the same way if you weren't having sex.
Sex shouldn't change your ability to stay healthy.
