a number of the undesirable trend from the 80's will not in any respect come decrease back, and that is a good component, because poodle perms and mall bangs were not a good seem on everyone. different developments, like blue eyeshadow and leggings, were a reincarnated vogue over the ultimate 5-10 years, yet they were as a lot as date to seem more effective modern; operating example, particularly of frosted blue eyeshadow all-over the lid, blue or military eyeliner is now famous.

I loved my Tukka (or Chukka) boots! Flat baggy suede ankle boots. I would wear them with dark tight jeans and burgundy leg warmers scrunched down around the calves. (circa 1981)
Then came my Goth period from 1982 - 3, black EVERYTHING. That is NOT a good idea in summer, I had to hibernate, lol.
I also loved my Dexy's Midnight Runners-style baggy denim dungarees which were worn rolled up to the upper ankle, and with canvas boating shoes. I remember self tanning my ankles every time I wore those.
My all-time favourite item though was in 1984. A pair of nylons with one black leg and one electric blue ....

Me too. I like the newly modified 80's fashion; it is called 80s 2 ply. I have noticed that most of the Tommy Hilfiger clothing were 80's modified.

Pumps with lace bobysocks
Bold stripes and polka dots

The list could go on forever...

The Two-Tone look of the early 80s

i used to think I looked so cool in a sliver grey shirt with a tiny diamond pattern on it which I wore a outside my skirt (not tucked in!) with a belt over it. And I had some blue pedal pushers to die for. Urgh. Please, no, not 80s again - the 70s revival was bad enough!

Big shoulder pads in all the shirts, tops & jackets, with angled collars, slimming to the waist area & pants and jeans were high waisted & strait leg.
