you really need to join a gym, where they have a lot of machines for this problem..

Every hear of the hoola hoop? I saw on tv where they are great for toning the stomach. Also the dance the Twist. You can do stationary twists by standing with the arms held out level w/ the shoulders and twist them and the upper body as far as you can to the left, stop, center, stop, then right, then back center again. You should be able to feel the muscles in the stomach area if you do this right. Make sure the legs are spread slightly.Do this while holding 6 pound weights. You'll see a difference in a very short time. Try to do 200 a day. You can split them up and do 50 or 75 at a time.

Pilates and yogalates are two great work out programs that really help with stomach muscle strengthening. Look a for a class in your local gyms or rec centers! Its a great way to tone and strengthen your tummy as well as the rest of your body.

diet is #1. Get that in order first. Check The ABS Diet. It's an easy read with tons of useful information. It also has a workout plan that is easy to follow and quite challenging if done correctly.

Diet and doing THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of sit ups!! Establish a daily routine for doing sit ups and increase the number you do as you get used to doing them. Start off with 20 and go from there. Your stomach will flatten in no time. Good luck.

Crunches are the best because you can do side crunches also, but you have to do a lot, like 200 on each side everyday!

apparentlt after 25 mins your body starts to use up muscle, so it's best to do a hard 25 -30 min workout,
i would suggest standing leg raises, oblique twists and some crunches..... try and get 20 reps out each time...
good luck
