definatly a blue ... but not a soft blue or a bright blue...right in betweeen. and when you go shopping make sure it has a "sheen to it" so it looks a little crisper... and not so see through. i know that jcpenny's has their dress shirts on sale this week -- so check there. But definatly a blue color. You wouldn't want the shirt to stand out too much, then it would look wierd with the gray on gray -- seeing as blue is a slight color variation from gray -- it would work much better.. i promise. when you go shopping take that tie with you (and even the jacket if you can) and just put colors up to it.. you want them to blend well -- not catch your eye so much that you are too focused on the shirt... hope i helped!!

Light blue as I saw one company having a dark grey suit with light blue blouse. It looks very smart.

white and almost all the whitish..light colours...like pink, light blue. im not sure but black shirt with a light grey tie is supposed to make u look sexy;;;lol

What about a bright green shirt? Cranberry would look nice too, but I think the green apple would give you a color pop. If it goes with your skin/hair color?

White, black, light gray, red, navy, olive...you can mix lots of colors with dark grey.
