I have a band that needs to get from Paris to Rotterdam. Flying is too expensive, and I can't get a flight into Rotterdam. We'd rather not drive. What are the options for train or bus and what is the general price range? Thanks!

You can take the train (the Thalys, see on www.thalys.com) which will be the faster, but certainly more expensive, or you can check the buses on the site www.eurolines.com

Train will be much faster. Would you plan to charter your own bus or share it. Hiring a bus could be very very pricey. It's about 2,000 euros to get from Germany to England...Train would probably be the best.
