The PS3 will be officially released on November 17, and will cost $499 for a basic model, $599 for a premium model with a larger hard drive, wireless networking and flash-memory readers. There will only be 400,000 units available at launch, so there are going to be major shortages--good luck in getting one; you're going to need it. :D

They come out Nov. 17
They are between $500 and $650 depending on the harddrive you decide to get. There are only going to be 400,000 in the first shipment so you are going to need to camp in front of your favorite electronic store to get one.

it comes out before christmas. someone told me it was around late november.
they will be about 600 dollars. a lot isn't it?
