Do a web search on packaging companies and polyurethane foam for your area. That should give you a good list. There should be several places close by. If you are buying it in bulk, you will want someplace closeby due to shipping costs.
The visco elastic foam you are talking about should be just polyurethane foam with some memory to it, meaning it likes to return to its original shape.

Doubtful that you will find it. How about just purchasing a tempurpedic mattress? They have them at furniture stores with "knockdowns" that are just as good and comparable. Is that what your intended use was for?
