I'm confused, is he back hosting his show, did they ever resolve his issues with Comedy Central?

Dave's probably at his house in yellow springs, he's not coming back to comedy central, he gave them a lot of money back to get out of his contract, he says that his next show will likely be on a cable channel like hbo

Dave Chapelle is back in America, but he no longer hosts his show. The third season was a bunch of skits that never made it on air, and they had Charlie Murphy and Ashy Larry host it in Chapelles absence. Chapelle decided he wasn't going to do the show anymore, so the third season, as of now, is the last one.
