I don't think smoking has anything to do with it, but I'm not a doctor. You are still in your teens, there is still times for the area to grow. If not, that's where all the great bras from Victoria Secrets come in. Don't worry about it. Having more brain cells are much important than having more boobs. At least that's what I believe and so do other people.

I HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM, the only thing is now, I'm 23 years old and they haven't gotten any bigger. Sorry to tell you but from my personnel experience, they aren't going to grow unless your weight goes up and down.
I'm happy and excited to say that in 2 weeks I will go under the knife to get implants!!!!

they might gow a little bigger cause they wont stop until you are probebly are in college...it might have a little to do with smoking..but why worry you dont want your boobs to get that much bigger.....small boobs are way beter than the big ones....so yea dont worry about it they are perfect size and if they grow bigger well that good also...hope that helped

it is all based on how ur grandmoms, and moms bood size. if they both have big boobs u will have small boobs. if thye both have small boobs u will get giiant boobs. also it depends on how much u weigh the more u weigh the more fat u will get to make ur boobs bigger.

i dont think so.. my boob is about 32A when grade 7 to grade 10 but after i have sex with my JERK boyfriend aka JERK ex-boyfriend now. he always like to touch my boob and sneeze it and suck it. i think it is kinda excerise your boob and now my boob is bigger. much much bigger. it need some exercise if u want it to be bigger.
