No, this is what is called an occlused eye. Usually the optic nerve has been severed causing blindness, however the muscles and ligaments cause the eye to still be attached. I am not saying its not possible, but from all my experience, when one suffers an occlused eye, they are usually blind in that eye for life.

I was just wondering that, cuz I got that new Wanda Sykes stand up where one of her jokes is about how she wanted to rip out her husband's eyes and shove em up his butt so he could see how big of an a$$hole he really is. I thought, would that actually work? But I assume by that point you'd have some retinal damage in effect, so I guess not.

Depends on if the optic nerves were still connected. If they were, you could! This is very dangerous though, and you should call 911 or seek medical attention ASAP. Loss of sight IS a medical emergency.

If the optic nerve is not damaged, still some vision is possible. You need and emergency assistance of an Opthamologist!!!

An eye wouldn't come that far out unless it had become detached so I suppose the answer would be no.
