bless you heart!
But fear not! There is hope for you.
You are on the right track just by asking this question.
You need to seek counseling to uncover the deep suppressed anger that is driving your physical compulsions. That can be the key to unlocking the rage you feel. If you can't afford counseling, ministers and priests are trained to deal with this and they won't charge you.
Please seek help, because over time, your anger will become a part of who you are, and nobody wants to live with that.
Good luck!

You have already taken the first step. That is admitting you have a problem. It sounds to me that you have been hurt in the past and have some serious emotional issues.Go and see your family doctor and be honest about everything and I am sure your doctor will seek out the help for you and guide you to all of those who will help you gain your control back.Good Luck

You might need to see a therapist to talk about and get down to the nitty gritty of your anger. Somewhere deep down, there is something that's causing it -a good therapist will get to the root of your anger and help you control it.
Also Zoloft I hear, works miracles for anger management.

So hit something. There is nothing wrong with taking out your aggression on INANIMATE objects like a punching bag or a car seat etc. Next time you're mad, remove yourself from the situation, hit something and let it out.
You could also consider taking up boxing or martial arts.

put that energy someplace else. Join a gym or take a karate class. Or buy a punching bag. Take your anger out on that only. a bag can't die nor will it press charges

this is a serious problem you have that could land you in jail...there are many programs available for anger management....talk to you local community services board for information on groups and counseling. do it now before you end up alone or in jail.

breath. go somewhere where you can be quiet. think before you act. if you feel the urge to hit someone, keep your hands by your sides and clench them really tight and go somewhere and think about the proper response. concentrate on relaxing and thinking "it's not a big deal." hope this helps. :)
