Use the money instead to start your own business.
(a) if you are successful then you would have achieved what you originally set out to achieve
(b) if you fail you will learn about more about doing business anyway than a university course
(c) either way, it could be cheaper to start a business than do an MBA.

The highest ranked MBA program that offers an online/distance component is Duke University. Duke is one of the top 15 MBA programs in the US. Another to look at is Thunderbird, also very well respected.
Below those in the rankings, good schools that I know offer distance MBAs include:
Drexel
Carnegie Mellon
Penn State
Ball State
U Nebraska - Lincoln
Babson
Worcester Polytechnic Institute
UMass Amherst
Be careful selecting an online/distance MBA program. Know well the reputation of the school you pick - especially with employers. Also, be 100% sure that the program is accredited with the AACSB (check the AACSB website for a list). Otherwise, you'll waste your money and effort.
