My feelings is a dictator... I noticed when a wrestler complains on how Smack Down is ran , Teddy always sends his clean-up boy Bobby Lashley or Undertaker to change the wrestler's mind how Smack Down is ran ....

Teddy Long is no dictator! He's more of a General Manager with a no nonsense personality & has zero tolerance for those who complains to him how Smackdown is runned. Besides that, he is one of the best GM's ever to run a brand so successfully in the WWE.

Not true at all... Teddy is less a dictator more opportunist... He knows how to utilize which wrestler of his to promote the best of entertainment... dictators were Bishoff and Paul Haymen.... Lets not forget Bishoff 3 minute gang... And who can ever forget the next big thing Brock Lesnar that unleashed devastating fury in accordance to the instructions of paul.....

Every person has different opinions and mine are different from you. Teddy is a great manager and he runs the show really well. All we need is good talent in SD and it can run really good as raw. Bobby and Undertaker are two superstars who are hot and people like to see them in matches so thus its either of them. look at Kane and the MVP storyline, Teddy did the same thing cause admit it funny to see MVP in front of Kane, Even with Kane loosing, wwe fans look forward to see MVP beaten up.

No ways man, i disagree, i think that Theadore Long is the bes fair general manager that SmackDown has ever had. Eric Bischoff isnt even half the manager Teddy is

i had my doubts about Teddy when he started, but he makes alot of cool matches, NOT just for the PPV's. He doesnt drag on the fights till they get 2 the PPV, he makes "tonight, here on Smackdown!". i think Teddy is by far the best SD GM.
