physics shouldnt involve ANY DISTRACTION
study it with full concentration n UNDERSTANDING THOUROUGHLY WHATEVR U STUDY AT THAT MOMENT.
VISUALISE whatever u read in ur mind, not just look at the words
draw urslf diagrams if possible n then UNDERSTAND
do the QUESTIONS OF THE BACK even if u dont know the answers ,look at them from the text book n try to reason them out---dont learn---just reason out.
then read the chapter again --- this time u will be clear at everything.
now ,do the questions of the back AGAIN n try to solve them all urself --- come on! hit ur brains hard at work!
u have brains---u've just got to use them the right way

I'm only going to tell you this once, go somewhere where it is very quiet like the library and study your physics stuff so you really don't get distracted. OK!!! Good Luck!!!!

Back away from the sugar! It won't do your concentration any good. Lock away the T.V. and play to your strenghts - if you like music try putting a paragraph to your most favorite song. It actually works. Try rhythmn and repition that works wonders too. Mind maps and lists for back-ups other than that - just work to your strenghts.

Perhaps, you need energising? Try eating more sugar - suck sweeties as you study. It will give you more mechanical energy, help you conserve heat, make you light on your feet and you could end up a really electrifying physicist with a magnetic personality..

Reading is the best way to learn anything, start with something basic your interested in and work your way up.
Also if you run into a snag you could ask about it on here or research it on the net.

Lock yourself away from the TV say in your bedroom and put on music as background noise.
