Winter is coming up and most of my wardrobe consists of shorter skirts. I love to wear skirts, but I don't want to freeze my but off. What should I do?

Leggings seem to be a bit thicker than nylons or tights (unless they're thick tights, then those are good). But just wear shoes with them that cover up the missing feet aspect.
Or, if you can sew or have a seamstress you go to you can have some skirts made of heavier material. Fleece, flannel, a thick cotton. Or you can buy some pants. If it's for work there are plenty of styles of casual and dressy/office pants available and they're still fine to wear in an office type setting.

i think the whole wearing a skirt in the winter thing is really odd and not cute. i mean it's cold as hell outside n girls are prancing around in skirts! it just looks funny. i hang out with my bf and his friends all the time and they even agree that it just looks dumb. in my opinion, just buy a new wardrobe. get you a thick coat with fur hood. and some cute sweatsuits. maybe even some nice sweaters and long sleeve fleece shirts. in the long run at least you'll be warm and have clothes for next year too. i mean whats the point of trying to dress cute n freeze your *** off. it's better to just dress warm.

Wear cotton tights or get some thermal & dye them funky colors to go with your outfits. Also, if you go on ebay you can find faux shearling boots that come up to your knees to help keep you warm.

Tights and leggings are soooo in and look awesome with short skirts and are pretty inexpensive too!

buy some pants! or wear leggings under your skirts. theyre kinda cute in aan 80s kinda way..
