At this site, there is a search inside, which I looked for Illustrated by, and it says: from Back Matter: "...'o Picture Puffins written and illustrated by Robert McCloskey Blueberries for Sal Caldecott Honor Book Burt Dow: ..."

I think he did all the illustrations himself.
