Download a good booter. Make loads of bots using an ID maker. And if the other morons are using yahoo messenger or chat clients like yahelite or gaim, then you can easily keep them offline. Its more fun if they are using Yahoo Messenger. ;)

Edit: Yeah right, if you use Yazak you can still be booted. I mean you will be logged out. And if you log in again, you will be logged out again after a few seconds. Good booters can keep you offline no matter what.

Why you were booted may have something to do with it!
But unless you control the room or are an admin, you cannot boot folks.

It's a very boot resistant Chat Client and has a boot back tool which automatically sends the boot codes back to the sender.
