What's the best way to organize a non-stop baton race round the world thru as many countries as possible?

The UN is too beaurocratic. So besides "at the begining", how would you get the world onboard and where would you start?

Isn't that what they already do with the Olympic torch? It's lighted in Greece & then carried around the world to the place where the Games are being held . . .
