It doesn't fee like summer here.
It is a wonderful fall day. The sun is shining; there is a slight breeze; it is cool but not too cold; the leaves are mostly fallen and crisp on the ground.
I think I'll go out for a walk. Bye!.

Not up here in the North. It was freezing today. Brr...had to wrap up in my scarf and gloves. Sounds nice where you are! Yesterday the sun was warmish but the air is so cool its definitely Autumn. Wish it was summer though.

Depends if you're in the shade or in the sun. In the sun Yep! Summer it is. In the shade - Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! But I know what you mean! Sunglasses out, but keep the sweater handy!

Feeling is individual.
It can feel like Summer when the temperature is belown freezing if you have a 'summer disposoyion' in your heart.

I'm in Chicago and it supposed to be sunny and damn near 70! Now I won't freeze my butt off while I'm cleaning out the garage.
