is it possible to monitor some body's movements through the google?

presently google is offering the traffic alarm system in the mobiles of certain categories. is it possible to have a paid service of monitoring a given subject through the mobile or some other gadget.

no google is not providing this service, but you can hire a detective to monitor anybody's movement.

no its not. google earth is the closest youre gonna get for now.
