Has your gf been to see her OBGYN? I always recommend starting there. They may be able to run some routine blood work to check for any hormonal problems. They also have the knowledge and resources to diagnose and treat fertility problems. You don't always need a fertility specialist. An OBGYN is the first place to start. 3 years is way to long to wait.

Also, does your gf know if and when she ovulates? Don't rely on ovulation calculators on web-sites to tell you when she ovulates, because they won't tell you IF she ovulates. I would suggest she start charting her BBT (basal body temperature). She would need a basal thermometer (also called a fertility thermometer), which you can buy at most drug stores for about $10. Have her take her temp first thing every morning before getting out of bed. Go to fertilityfriend.com. She can learn more about charting her temps and chart for free on their web-site. They also have valuable information about other signs of ovulation and the best time to conceive. She can also use ovulation predictor kits, which run about $20 for 7 tests, but I suggest using them in addition to charting her BBT. The reason is because the BBT charts are useful tools for her OBGYN to help determine a problem with ovulation.

If she is not ovulating, there are medications, such as Clomid and HCG injections that can help her ovulate.

Good luck!

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that her eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into her mouth and check her body temperature every morning before she starts turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. You must ejaculate on your inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex she must stay in bed for about 30 mins with her knees bent up with a pillow under her buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

You must save your sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.
