I am not too sure about this but, you do have lawyers right? make sure that you do all of that with the lawyers so that it will not come up later down the road and mess with you.........sorry about the break up I am just married and I do not like to hear about marriages breaking up.............to each it's own I know I do wish you the best nevertheless.................................

if you're still making payments you have to change the loan or lease information first... if it is owned outright, just go to the DMV

Sign the back, put her name on it, and have it notorized
