I have been married now for three years but we are still childless. The doctors have established that we both can get kids without any problem. Please advise on how to get a kid

I have seen NUMEROUS couples that have adopted one or more children, and have had problems conceiving, just "spontaneously" get pregnant. I think that they had something new and positive to focus on and that helped them conceive. They weren't as worried about it anymore.
I think that you both are just to focused and stressed about what you don't have and are having trouble getting. I am not saying that you should adopt, but you do need to find something that will refocus your energy to something more positive...and something that has NOTHING to do with conceiving a child.

If you have been actively trying to conceive for three years with no success you are technically infertile. Even if you both check out fine you are still infertile, the definition of infertility is no baby after a maximum of two years of trying. You may just fall into the "unexplained" category of infertility.

If you want to have a child then go and see a Reproductive Endocronologist (fertility specialist). There are many medical interventions that can help you and they will also probably be able to do more testing to see if they can discover what may be preventing you from achieving pregnancy. Even if the cause of your infertility is unknown or unexplained there are treatment paths and things they can try. Clomid, IUI, IVF.

Good luck!

hi, if you are capable of having kids then stop worrying and let it come. relax and focus your thoughts on something that is not on trying to concieve like andreapie says. if you still have trouble you could adopt or use a surrogate mother. good luck

You can try charting your cycle and using fertility monitors if you haven't. Maybe your timing has been off. Either that or see a fertility specialist who can help tell you what to do.

Go see a fertility specialist if you haven't already. If you haven't done everything they have told you-then I certainly cannot give you any secret advice. Good luck.
