In my opinion a prenuptual agreement is saying right at the beginning "This might not work" and that is not the attitude to have when going into marriage. You have to have the "This will work" attitude with marriage in order to really make it last.

If you have significant assets at the start of a marriage a pre-nup is a good idea. Most couples don't have enough assets to justify the cost. Pre-nups don't protect what you acquire after you get married.

Ithink prenups are for people who have alot of money and want to protect there assets. If you don't have much i don't think its necessary.
