I just went to clark airport just this week.

It took me about 2hours going there at 140km/h but going back, there's a speed radar so you cant exceed 100km/h.

If you have a car, you just need to take 2 major roads.. that is EDSA and North Luzon Expressway.

North Luzon expresssway doesnt have much traffic but its far. When you arrive in Manila (EDSA), you will encounter traffic.

EDSA is very short as compared to the expressway but half of your time will be consumed traveling in EDSA the other half from the expressway.

They you just have to follow some minor roads which can be easily be followed.

Clark Airport is nearer to Baguio by way of fact (like Baguio) that's North of Manila. regrettably, not many distributors fly into Clark. maximum worldwide flights land in congested Manila.

I think it will take about 2-3 hours depending on the traffic. You will have to take a taxi and a bus. But there are a lot of things to do and if you are a foreigner you might get loss. I think it is best to take the plane.

It's easy if you have a private car, 2 hrs depending on traffic, try early morning. If by public transpo, it would take more than 2 hrs.
