Primarily they eat nectar, only the females require blood. One type of mosquito feeds on the larvae of other mosquitos.

Believe it or not, only female mosquitos suck blood the rest of the time its probably nector or another animal's blood

Nothing. Their whole life cycle and digestive system are designed to drink vertebrate blood. Their mouth parts are specialized for eating blood and they do not have the ability to eat anyhting else.
