you can be very intelligent and educated and be a rotten person if you do not have the other 2

I be live that the most important is intelligence. With intelligence you can learn the others.

An intelligent person would

Sign up for a class etiquette would take care of Good Manners ; attend a class on personality conflicts

An intelligent person would apply to a school for an education

Educated.

The other qualities will follow from this important personal foundation.

Now, as a corollary, those who have college degrees may not be "educated". Going to college and actually absorbing what the professor taught are not equivalent. The student must work extremely hard, where their education makes an impact in their life.

You can deduce if one is well educated if these other qualities are evident.

guess all four are important, but if I were to prioritze, it'd be:
1. good natured
2. intelligent
3. good mannered
4. educated

there are too few good natured people out there....

Good mannered. Social skills is vital in society. One needs to know how to handle people in our competitive society.
