Yes. I've gotten jobs from Monster.com.
Do you mean "work from home" using the Internet?
I'm not sure that is legitimate, at least with most offers. You'd be better creating an idea and then a website.
If you mean work for another company but use your home as your office, I know several people who work for a big company and only have to see their boss once a month.
