4) Often people in sales earn commision. People in telemarketting also often earn commision.
5) Talk about what school you cam from, where you're from, do they know anyone you know if they come from around the same place. What are they studying, why, how long have they been in that program. Don't tell them your life story, try to find out what you have in common, as tme goes by you'll get to know them better, and then you can disclose more as you see fit.
