I would guess that the largest organization in the U.S. would be the Boy Scouts of America.

Masonry has experienced a decline in membership over the past 30 years. At one point, I would not have doubted that we were the largest organization, but at this point, I seriously doubt that we are even in the top ten.

How about the Democratic or Republican Parties, the NAACP, the Teamsters Union, etc.? I bet they are all larger in number than we are.

I dought it but if you make that world wide I would say yes.
Back in the 1940s nd 50s that would probably be true
