That I like your mother. Ya, know she ain't all that bad and all, but she snorts when she laughs and dribbles a little too. Course now, she prolly won't let me into the truck any more.

I think that's very decent of you - there's no reason to make your mom feel bad about the silk flowers if she's into them.

My feelings. Whenever someone close to me asks me whether I care about them or not, I automatically answer 'no', although I don't even realize it. The lie is so deeply imprinted in me that I guess it comes as an unconscious reaction now.
