I'm 13 almost 14 how can i shorten my period??

i can't ask my mom she is gone like not living anymore and my dad would think im just sleeping around so anything else

bierth control hon. buti woldnt if i was to many risk. ask a doc for help . or mother.

You can use 'the pill' birth control to shorten your periods or skip most of your your periods all together. Ask your mom to take you to a doctor. If she refuses to let you go on the pill since you are so young, go to planned parenthood. They'll give you the pill and won't tell your parents and you won't need their permission. Your health is more important than your mothers opinion.

For your age - nothing can be done to shorten the time of a period. I encourage you to talk with another older female about your feelings.
